Originally a treat from the Middle East, there are now many taste sensations of this favourite. Our blend retains the flavours of Morocco. Oven roasted sesame seeds are the base with almonds, cumin, coriander, sea salt and black pepper.
Traditionally served with fresh bread dipped into fresh aromatic extra virgin olive oil, this is then dipped into the Dukkah to eat. As with the Tapenade it is ideal as nibbles before a meal, or as part of the meal itself.
Adds wonderful aromatics and flavour when used to coat fish or chicken before baking. Sprinkle through salads, over sandwiches, or anywhere that needs a flavour boost.
